Charged for a card I never received.

I app**** for an istore account online. I was told I was approved. been asking for my card, I was directed to Standard Bank, which I hate at this moment because they don't resolve issues and have been taking money from me for over a year. I called Standard Bank, they told me to collect the card at the store. I went to the store, they told me they don't do collections at the store. Now i get a statement for payment and they debiting my account for a card I don't have? what in the actual ma se ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I sent emails no response. called the number provided in their generic response no answer. WHY MUST I WASTE MY ****ING MONEY AND TIME LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!
