Changing my phone brand

<p>Dropped of my I phone 6 as I had a problem with software</p> <p>I was told it takes up to 3 to 5 days so I agree to book in my phone</p> <p>It been 10 days now and all they replay it is shipped to the store to be without a cell phone and loose business</p> <p>Is not worth dealing with I store</p> <p>Great phone but slow service ill rather use another brand</p>
