Cellphone upgrade fail - istore Centurion

I must say Istore Centurion branch has given me the worst customer experience. I was at the store 3 days in a row for my cellphone upgrade and was given a different excuse each time.

21 December 2020: I stood in line, was qued on system, so I went to the shops to pass time. When I saw I'm number 1 in line (after 2 hours), I went to the store. When I got there I got a message thanking me for visiting and another saying they tried reaching me. That time I was checking my phone constantly. I had to que again. When I finally got in and did the application, the consultant had to knock off. She put through the application and asked me to come back in the morning.

22 December 2020: Got to the shop 30 minutes before opening, I was told that the network is down and will be all day.

23 December 2020: Was told all mtn consultants called in sick. Nobody can help me.

This is unacceptable really and is a big inconvenience. I am traveling for the holidays, phoneless.

istore Centurion branch. Pull up your socks. This was the worst first time experience for me and I would never refer anyone I know there.
