Cell Phone contract

<p>I app**** for a vodacom contract at the istore in cavendish 3 weeks ago, the consultant that assisted me was Dilshaad, with my contract I was suppose to get R150 airtime and 10gigs data free for one month! Some how on her side she made a mistake and my contract was on a smart s plan I then called her and told her about it and it took exactly a week to be corrected then all my data fell away once the contract had changed, I then mailed her twice already to find out why am I not getting my free 10gigs data and R150 airtime and no one has rep**** up until now! So why do I lose out on my R150 airtime and 10gigs free data when it was the consultants mistake? </p> <p> </p>
