My daughter went to the istore in Canal walk for an quotation on Saturday 18/03/2023. The screen of her phone is damage. She had to pay for the quotation. What she has done. They said they will email the quote. We still waiting for it. I phoned their help line for assistance. I gave them my details. Said they will contact store and ask them to phone me.I’m still waiting for them to contact me. I’m disgusting with their service for such an expensive brand. My insurance waiting for the quote and it’s not that the store is around the corner from my house Jenny .
