Can I please buy your products?

There are so many people working at the iStore in Menlyn, but the service is poor, product knowledge is poor and i don't want to go there! ( i struggle to get a word in with the selling staff's social club)<br> But, i have to, because they give me the option to buy a macbook pro through FNB. <br> In one weekend i was there 3 times, resubmitted the application twice, and istore assured me that we are now waiting for FNB. ( although i could see the app they used showing an error when submitting)<br> Calling FNB this morning, they informed me that they have received nothing from the store, and i should phone them ( istore) to ask again.<br> BUT iStore south Africa will not give me the number of the branch, but they promise they will phone me back<br> I will probably go back again and hold my temper, be nice and patient, grinding my teeth...<br> But it should be easier to buy a mac at an istore, shouldn't it?
