Call centre is useless

<p>I wanted to call iStore Menlyn to ask one simple question and hang up. After listening to some automated thing telling me to press this that or the next button, I wasn't able to talk to anyone from iStore. It's like they do everything possible to avoid talking to clients on the phone. So why do you have a phone number??? To waste our call credits? I'm so annoyed. Now I have no choice but to physically go to the iStore.</p>
