Build quality is atrocious

I would advise people thinking about purchasing any iphone from the istore to re-think their purchase. I know this statement is going to fall on deaf ears but i had to say it. The service at the technical level is atrocious. My iphone iPhone 17 which is ONLY 6 weeks old has some kind of peeling/stain on the body and I was told that it could have come from my case, that the case melted and left a mark on a specific area. Now, I may not be a scientist but I do know that if something melts the whole thing will be covered with the plastic it will not be localized to a single area. Being speculative and saying its the case makes no sense because the case itself didn't have any disfiguration in the part was supposedly "melted". I am not happy and will advise people that I know to stay away from Apple products. We spend alot of money purchasing your items, build them better. Do not accuse your customer of something that doesn't even make sense. Plastic melting on one area but the plastic itself it not melted or distorted from heat, I mean come on who will actually say something like that.
