Brooklyn Istore service

This has been the worst experience even at any store. The manager Patricia Skosana is the worst. We we passed to 5 different attendants waited for 50 minutes after we were told it will take 5 min to release the Tablet. We also specifically asked for a pen with the tablet. After the 3rd person was told to help us the tablet was brought forward without the pen. Then it was the wrong tablet. Only to find out what we asked for was not in stock. The staff is not trained. The manager is not capable of managing the store or the staff. She is arrogant. Im an academic teaching architecture and all my students use ipads. I will deliderately tell them about the disgracefull service. This was suppose to be a magical experience for us buying R35000 ipad for my daughter's varsity, and it was so upsetting. Istore Brooklyn will NEVER see us again.
