Broken Macbook Pro- not even a week old!

<p>Last week Thursday I went to buy myself the new Macbook Pro at the Istore in the V & A Waterfront, on Monday night I was checking my emails and facebook when the screen went comppletely black and then the laptop kept trying to restart, a message popped up that said there is a problem with your computer etc etc so I proceeded to take it back to the Istore today. </p> <p>One of the technicians tried to fix the problem but didn't succeed , so I know had to book the laptop in for it to be checked by the service centre which takes 3 working days. If they fix the computer now and it does the same thing?</p> <p>First of all how is this my problem that I got a reject laptop?</p> <p>The laptop is not even a week old.</p> <p>It cost me R21 000 and this is what I pay for? </p> <p>Not too mention the service was terrible at the Istore, not one person apologised to me for the inconvenience. </p> <p>I demand a new device.</p>
