Bloemfontein/Loch Logan iStore SUCK!

iStore in Loch Logan Bloemfontein provides the worst possible service you can get. If there was a zero star rating the that is what I would have given them. I regret ever going there to apply for a phone contract. They don't keep you updated on what is happening with the process. Then you are informed that your phone is ready and your contract is approved, and once you are there to collect then there is a problem. I've gone to the store 4 times now, still not receiving my phone and every time there was a different excuse with no proper explanation. It seems like they don't know how their systems work and how to do the job. I don't have words to properly describe how poor their service is.
