Blocked iPhone 6 - disgusting service from iStores

If it was possible to give a -10 I would. My iPhone 6 decides to give me hassles and blocks all my passwords. I go to the iStore (Somerset West) where I bought it from and the technician fiddles around, gets to the same point as I did then tells me I must phone apple. They send instructions...cannot change my password or apple ID!!!!!!!! So I have been without a phone for a week. I cannot wait to pay some Nigerian guy R250 to get me access to my phone so I can get rid of everything Apple in my HOUSE and my friends are following suit...Good bye...thanks for nothing Steve Jobs
