Being talked down to at the IStore Tygervalley branch

I went to the iStore Tygervalley branch for a repair quote a week ago. I’m told that the systems are down and that I need to come in again after I’ve already left the store. Today I walk in and request my service quote only to be talked down to by the senior Technician (older white man). It’s bad enough that I had to come back but then to be talked down to like a child. I will never support this store and hope others don’t too.
