Being billed for a laptop I never received!!!

I went to Menlyn Istore and dealt with Nthabiseng- I wanted to add another line to my Telkom account - she was amazing in the beginning we checked if the store had stock (because Telkom didn’t - which is why I went to the Istore) I was told that they had stock and we did the contract - everything was sorted and approved - I went to go and pay the admin fee at the tills - only for her to tell me that she can’t give me the laptop I just signed the contract for because she did not see that the one on the Telkom contract was actually a discontinued unit and they don’t have stock of the discontinued laptops - so I asked her what must now happen and she said no she has to cancel the contract - which she assured me she would do - a week passed and I was emailing her following up - now I go to Telkom to check it has been cancelled but it is actually ACTIVE and billing - I now get my Telkom contract and I am being billed R1500 for a laptop I never got!!! Telkom can’t cancel it from their side as it is under the dealer ID from Apple Istore Menlyn.

I’ve phoned the call Centre to get hold of her I’ve emailed her and I went into the store to see her and I’ve just been ignored! I need answers and if I am billed this money at month end I will be asking her for my refund due to her error!
