Battery Replacement Program

According to Apple, If your Iphone qualifies for a battery replacement, you can go to any Authorized Reseller/Retail store. APPLE (Not MTN/Vodacom or anybody else, but APPLE) will replace it for you.<br> Centurion Istore refuse to do it, because I did not buy it from them. This does not matter!!! iStores in SA are accredited, authorized and Approved retailers, and they Represent Apple!!! <br> <br> Yes I did get the Phone from MTN on a Contract, but they cannot assist. They did not build the phone, and they did not design it. They also cannot supply a 3 year guarantee on their Phones because APPLE supp**** them with faulty devices!!!<br> <br> Istore Centurion, you are full of excuses, and like to pass the buck. Instead of giving excuses, try to assist a customer. Yes the same customer that bought R40 000 worth of other devices from you in the past...
