Battery replacement Iphone 13 mini

I booked an appointment for a battery replacement, the consultant told me it will take 3-5 working days, which is reasonable. 5 Working days later the workshop confirmed my phone was received but they have to order batteries for overseas. Seriously, I have to book for an appointment to fix my phone, giving you time to order said part and you still don't have batteries.

Anyway, got my phone 3 weeks later and they managed to send it to the wrong store as well.

This caused me to slowly get off the apple infrastrusture.

Worst of all is I had no spare phone and Istore didn't give me a borrow phone although it nearly took a month.

Pathetic.
