BAD Support at Istore Centurion

I visited the istore centurion. My phone had an update and calla cant be make or received. They charge me R300 and with no solution. Told me the phone was ****** and black listed without any change or assistance i walked out ofcthe shop without change on my phone. I went to a other shop with no hope andcwithin 10 minutes the phone was working perfection. The technision sal was a glimps on the system. Happen with 10% when aystems upgrades. And istore could nog solve the issues. The technision did not solve it but had so many other excuses.
