Bad Service when buying Online. Beware!

Pathetic service from both the online store and call centre. I purchased a MacBook online from the IStore website. The site said 3-5 working days for delivery. It's a week and I still haven't received my order, I called the customer service only to be told there's nothing that can be done I must speak to the courier company. Which is an even bigger nightmare to deal with, RTT Couriers. For the world's number one brand I expect much better service.
