Bad Service to the max -

An application was done on the 25th November - black Friday Deal ×2 Iphone 11 for R699 - since then they have not called us or even sent an email - 5 phone calls have been made from our side where they keep saying it has been escalated - I called them this morning again they cant assist and keep giving us excuses - this is going on for to long now - nearly a month - they now cut the call and when calling back they answer but do not speak - I have been on hold for the last 15 minutes now after they answered they cut the call - I called back again - they cut the call again - I Store the Glen is this the bad service you give to new clients
