Bad service & *******

I went to istore for a repair and was told that the item was not repairable. I asked for a letter stating the iPad was uneconomical to repair. he said he will issue a letter. After arround 25mins he approached me and said is that all I need and the letter would be R250!

Disgusted and irritated I left the shop. This idiot could have told me this when I told him I need a letter. You'd think paying rediculous prices for the items they would offer good service at least. Apple is a joke. I won't be buying an iPad or any Apple product ever again!
