BAD SERVICE!!! iStore Sandton City

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!! My friend went to the istore in Sandton to do an upgrade to an iPhone 13. They gave him the run around first with wether they have the phone or not. Then we found out they have but only if you’re paying it cash, then there was a whole argument amongst the staff whether he should get the phone or not we got evil eyes from all the staff like we were *****ing the phone. The manager Lufuno Ramasimu didn’t even come and address the issue to us, she just kept on looking at us over her spectacles, made us feel so uncomfortable. You need to do better istore Sandton city.
