Bad service istore Menlyn

What a bad service I am experiencing at the Istore menlyn. I went there to apply for a contract phone on the 23 November 2024. It took long to get a person to assist .OK we waited until somebody finally decided to help us . The lady put us in a queue which took about 2 hours before we can be assisted . Fine we waited. When it was our turn the lady said it offline while others were able to assist their clients on the same system. She said she will call the next day . I waited and just when I was on my way to the store she called and said the application is referred she will give me a call when she get the response before Thursday 28 November. I waited for that whole week until I sent her emails asking about the feed back and no reply. Called the call centre and they escalated the matter and was promised to be contacted the same day but nothing. Sent more emails but nothing. Went to the shop today and was told she is on lunch nobody else can check the status of my application beside her . I waited until I decided to go .I left my details to be contacted when she comes back. Until now nothing. Mind you I stay about 25 km from menlyn so I have to drive all this time for nothing. I just want to know the outcome even if it is declined it fine but I need to know because I have submitted my documents to these people and I don't feel save now . What if I don't get the phone but only to find out I have a contract with them . I should have done plan B on black Friday to get a phone . I have never seem such a bad service in my life . I am angry and stressed at the same time . I regret going there.
