Bad service Istore Canal walk

I have a contact with Telkom which also work with istore, two months ago I went to istore to upgrade my contract which was due and they showed me a 2019 macbook air and told me I can get it for R699 on Telkom upgrade and I agreed to upgrade, when they started with the paper work half way they said to me my contract does not allow then to upgrade, so I then went to telkom to find out why and at telkom I was told that istore made a mistake as the is no deal for a 2019 macbook air at that price, so I went back to istore to ask them again and when they saw me they didn’t wanna help nor talk to me, I even asked to talk to someone els so that I can get help and maybe get an explanation but they just ignored me. I ended up leaving the store without getting help while I really needed the macbook. I’m still disappointed even today with istore Canal walk cape town.
