Bad service from good company

Been trying to upgrade 2 phonelines online for a week now. Recieved an email with reference number and thats it.. No response from then on as yet. Phoned 3 times and everytime they tell me my request has been escalated to and someone will phone me back in 1-2 hours… It just doesn’t happen.. Very bad service from a good company
