Bad service

I bought a pre owned phone online, turns out the phone was faulty. I immediately notify Istore and was told to go the nearest apple shop but than the Lockdown happed and was stuck with unwanted phone and now they refuse to fix it. I will advised everyone not to buy pre owned phones online rather go to the shops.
