Bad service

I came to this store at 14:04 to get a battery change for my iPhone 7. Waited for over and hour when one of the consultants eventually came to me and told me that they will not be able to help me because the technician had already done his count for the day and besides all that I was supposed to set an appointment. Now bear in mind I went to The Glen iStore and they referred me to the Sandton store and I specifically asked them if I didn’t need an appointment and they assured me I didn’t.Now I find this really unprofessional and time wasting considering I came far to have this done. The least they could have done was tell me when I first got there and not have me wait for a whole HOUR. Totally unacceptable
