Bad Service

Went to The Glen iStore on the 24th September 2024 to do two iphone trade-in, accepted both offers and I also took two new contracts with them. I was told I will be paid the trade-in offers within 5 days, I received only one payment of the two offers, did a lot of follow up with them via email and their call center, to this day, I am only getting promises payment will be processed but to no avail
