BAD SERVICE

Yesterday(07/10/21019) i went to istore to fix my phone it froze after i updated the system. I bought the contract from MTN initially went to istore and they couldn't assist me because MTN system was down and they guy who was assisting me directed to MTN. Nobody bothered to tell me that since I took the contract will MTN when I go to istore i will be charge yesterday I went to MTN and they directed me to istore for further assistance. I waiting in the cue eventually i was assisted and i was told that the software crushed they need to reinstall and its R200(wow I didn't know). I was told in 20 minutes time it will be done 20 minutes became and hour unfortunately I have to leave I arrived at istore at 16:30 and i left at 18:00 without being assisted. the lady who was assisting she told me that the wifi its declining and it will take 23 minutes mind you an hour and 1/2 has passed. Im not happy happy with the was i was treated MY PHONE IS STILL OFF AND I DON'T KNOW WHEN IM I GOING TO FIND TIME TO GO BACK. THE SERVICE AT ISTORE MENLYN ITS SO BAD ITS LIKE A GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION WHEN YOU GET THERE, THERE'S LITERALLY NO ONE TO ASSIST YOU. YOU HAVE TO FIGURE OUT YOUR WAY AROUND. ( I was assisted by a short light skinned black lady (petite shape))
