BAD SERVICE AT iStore in Cavendish Square Shopping Centre in Cape Town.

I went to iStore at Cavendish Square shopping centre today to go find out about online contracts for iPhones. I just wanted to make sure that this was real because I was recently ****med on the 1st of March 2023(R3500) online by Retail Spree 101 trying to buy a pre-owned phone from them. So I needed assurance. So I spoke to some white guy(I'm so sorry if this is offensive) and to be quite honest, the service was too bad. I started by greeting him and he didn't respond. I then asked him about the online contracts at iStore and he looked so surprised which to me was wrong. For a person working with people, he should understand how most people are skeptical about buying things online. He said yes eventually. I went on and told him that I had called Canal Walk mall last Saturday about all this and asked how long it would take for the contract to be approved. He told me that I shouldn't ask him about the iStore in Canal Walk mall as I can clearly see that he works for the iStore in Cavendish Square shopping centre. I was so surprised because I believe that all iStores do the same job and even if i go to the ones in Gauteng or any other province, they would still give me the same answer. He then moved a few metres away from like I was going to infect him with some disease and this took me by surprise as well. I was with my friend and she also saw how that guy kept on looking down on us like we're nothing. I then asked him the last question which was how long would it take for the contract to be approved and he clearly said that he doesn't know. Their offices are in Johannesburg. They have to wait for them to approve it and then that's when they'll know when to deliver it to me. I was so fuming and actually very disappointed that we still have such people in times like these. My friend and I then walked out the store and when we looked back, he was helping some white guy so nicely and even showed him around which is something he didn't do when we were in the store and wanted his assistance. We stood there and watched all of that and later on realised that the guy had a problem with us and we left. I am never going to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre again. I really hate being treated like that.
