Bad service at istore centurion

Stayed in the queue for an upgrade and despite the number of consultants available at the store, none of them were willing to assist. Overheard some citing that it’s about time to go home as they were knocking off at 18:00. Their electronic q system and overall experience is disappointing. This happened in iStore Centurion. Had to go to Vodacom to do the upgrade despite limited choices in terms of colors. Very disappointed
