Bad service and poor engagement.

Usually happy with this store but sales assistance I dealt with is inattentive, serviced other clients while busy with my request. Seemed to have made an error or communicated he made an error and now I am still without a phone. Visiting the store for the 2nd time in 2 days and still no remedy.

Very poor service.
