Bad service and no response from Fourways mall Istore

I went to Istore Fourways mall two weeks back to apply for a phone contract. The service was really bad, I don’t know if the people assist there were just already tired or what, since it was almost around knock off time. I went there knowing very well what I wanted but also I had an open mind and wanted to hear about any other better options. The lady assist me was very rude at the get go, she wasn’t informative at all and acted like I was wasting her time by asking Questions.

When she started assisting me she acted like she didn’t know if the offer I came with, I told her I saw it online and showed her the offer on my phone. She then went ahead and started with the application, it took about an hour and 30 minutes and she wasn’t making me feel comfortable at all, in the process I asked if it’s going to take any long and her response was “ ma’am this is going to take too long since we changed the system, I can not do it any faster than I am now you just need to wait” I waited and waited she ended up telling me I should go she will finish up. She said the response will take 3-7 working days and I should get an email or sms. Till today I haven’t received any communication. I have called Istore South Africa and they keep saying they are escalating my query to Istore Fourways so they call me but I haven’t received any call In regard to my application status.
