Bad service and no delivery

I have ordered a Ps4 from them and the said it would be delivered the next day. Now 4 days later my package is stuck at customs because the won't pay them and i can't get my package. i had to contact the courier company and try to sort it out and the want me to pay for it. it's not my problem to pay them because I Store SA should have payed them. please help me !
