*********** staff member lacking a lot of s**** knowleddge and training

Staff member does not listen to her customers therefore that is why I am now being billed for a contract I did not take or sign for

I visited store on 25th June 2018 staff member activated wrong device on a contract I wanted from telkom . I asked for a iPhone 7 plus but staff member activated a iPhone 7 on deal which i didnt wan due this there had to be a cancellation to be put in place

The manager of the store was of no help and Sharneen had no idea on how to cancel a deal if staff are not fully trained then staff should not be on the store floor it as been 8 days and no cancellation is done I now recieve a statement that i am been billed for something I don't have

I expect Istore SA and Istore Gateway to get this sorted and confirmation sent to me tommorrow
