Bad Service and Customer Experience

I recently placed an order online to purchase an apple watch. The very next morning I called the online contact number to cancel the order. The personnel I spoke to informed me that they would cancel the order and I would not need to action anything further on my end. A day later, I received a message that my watch will be delivered by the courier company. I called the Istore Online contact number once again and the personnel I spoke to said I must not accept the watch from the courier company and the refund would be concluded withing 10 working days. That's what I did and now 2 weeks has passed, and I have not received my refund. I called the online contact number only to wait 15 minutes for my call to be answered. Just to be told the refund has not been actioned.

Istore get your act together. Your online team are really poor at communication and actioning a simple task.
