Bad service

I purchased a device and it gave me an issue. They took it in for repairs which took a week. The phone returned and a week later I experienced the same problem. I returned it to the store requesting a exchange , they took it in and told me it will take 3 - 5 working days. Today marks my 10th working day without a phone. They took my phone number and till this day no one called. It’s a simple exchange I don’t know why it’s taking long like it’s an insurance home claim. They know the issue with the phone because it is a common issue with their devices. If you gonna take someone’s phone for that long the least you can do is offer them a courtesy phone. I am totally unsatisfied with their poor service.
