Bad service

I am very disappointed by the level of professionalism in Gateway istore. I sent my Macbook pro for repairs on Friday and i was told that i will get feedback latest Tuesday. Till today i have not received any information about my laptop. I have been calling countless times, being told to hold for long periods of time only to end up not receiving any help at the end, just a promise to be called back. I expected more from them.
