Bad service

M so disappointed with the service I received at the glen mall i store.. I stood there since 15:30 to 18:00 only to be told to come back the following day. How do u allow a new sales consultant to help and when he struggles everyone just comes and say ah we don’t know keep trying until u get it right how is he supposed to get ur sight if he is learning ?

To the assistant manager as well m really disappointed please do better I hope no 1 else experience such bad service. Please expedite my application and reject me if u reject me I will go else where 🤬🤬🤬🤬
