Bad service

Hi

I want to upgrade on my contract and I have spoken to a Buhle I think. I made the R250 payment for the upgrade and she said yesterday that she will send me a email with documents which I haven't received yet. I phone her again this morning and still she haven't send me the documents.

I have been waiting 3 week for vodacom to do my upgrade but they aren't doing their job either so I decided to go to the istore directly but now I am having the same problem.
