Bad service

I visited the Tygervalley Istore on Saturday (17 November) morning at about 10:15am.

A consultant approached me on entering the store & asked if she could assist. I proceeded in explaining my issue. She stopped me whilst explaining & informed that a technical consultant needs to assist me.

After walking away from her she proceeds to go to her group of buddies in the store & explain what I had said she turns & points at me and they all look and laugh.

I feel this is extremely rude & unprofessional & if this is the way staff at this store operate I will definitely not visit that store again should I experience issues with any of my apple devices.
