Bad service

On the 31st of December I went to the Eastgate I store after I was ****** off my phone an iPhone 12 pro. No sense of urgency from the staff and I was made to wait for over an hour to get to a technician. Only to be told that my phone can't be found and she doesn't understand why. A waste of my time especially when in need of assistance. I'll never buy any iPhone product again. Our business will definitely phase out all Apple products.
