Bad service

<p>I dealt with istore Fourways regarding an application for a MacBook. I'm annoyed at the fact that I'm being treated differently, with less efficiency, very little respect cause of the color of my skin. I witnessed the way the attitude is to the latter. I'm disgusting, I'm paying client too, I've been working in the service industry for 6 years and I've made and still making a lot of money to afford any apple device I want. The issue here is not the process of the application but the service I'm getting through this, The consultant I dealt with, unpleasant over the phone we had, and failure to communicate, only after I mentioned to his manager that I'll be lodging a complaint on Hello peter did I get a different attitude. Its unacceptable, why does it take a Hello Peter complaint to get efficient and decent attitude when rendering a service. I'm an adult and I will not be treated like I'm a child.</p>
