Bad service

Went to the istore at Woodlands to do an upgrade. Sent in all documentation from my side. No feedback. Person who helped me firstly is now on leave. Went to the store after 4 days. What a mess with my husbands contract. First they give me the wrong control for another person. Then they did a contract for the wrong phone. Spend so much valuable time wasting in that store. Not even a sorry. Really ????
