BAD service

Every time i have been to the store the service is SHOCKING.. this morning there are 5 people around all drinking coffee and looking at one another.. but are not able to help me wanting to spend good money on their products...I love Apple..but the after sales service is shocking...This will def make me think twice about buying again...and i have been a loyal supporter for years... ITS SOOO SAD!!!
