Bad service

<p>I bought an apple phone in November 2016. In January 2017 the battery started mal****ioning so I took it in to Istore. They confirm something is definitely wrong with battery and they take it in for "repairs' 3 days late i recive an email from the repair entre that the phone is in progress and the replacement unit has been received. I asked if it will be possible to upgrade becuase im thinking since my phone was only 2 months old they will give me a new unit but to my horror im told ill only get a refurbished unit? REALLY? hOW ABOUT THEY JUST REFUND ME MY r14000 AND I WILL LOOK FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS REPUTABLE COS CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT.</p>
