Bad Pathetic Service

Wanted to upgtade at Mtn ... To an Apple Macbook Air.. Was told to Go to my Nearest Istore to Upgrade.... Went to Menlyn..... After standing around ? Hanging on this Counter and that Counter....we Got Help..... Where We Got alot of papers ...Contract to fill in ..... BY YOURSELF....NO NO NO HELP......THE CONSULTANT DONT FILL IT IN....... LIKE IN THE MTN SJOP OR VODACOM SHOP......

Then it Came at the place where the code..... Or Discription ..... Had to be filled in !!!!!!..... THE CONSULTANT HELPED me...AFTER SEARCHING THE CODE ON SYSTEM!!!!! !! Was ...Filled in WRONG........!!!!! Wrong CODE OR Wrong Discription !!!!

I didnt know it was all wrong and Then I was Told ..... All was OK ... But they dont have the Modem......!!!! They gone Order The Modem from Brooklyn...

In 3 days they will let me know... Then I can come.... And Pick up my Apple Macbook and Modem....

They never Phoned or SMS'ED They NEVER DID!!!!!

The Next week I drove through .....???? I was Informed...!!!!

CODE OR DISCRIPTION THAT I WROTE IN ...!!!!! WAS WRONG !! Now that had to be cancelled....!!!! Will take another 3 days !!!

They will phone me !!!! NEVER DID!!!

Then the NEXT week I went again ......!!!!! Then there were some or other....???? Problem .....????With Mtn .... Or Something !!!

Each time I drive from Hartbee****rt Dam to Menlyn .....Pay Tollgate.....put in Petrol.....and ....... No Aplle Macbook No Responce No Sms No phoninging back

Even Call centre DONT come back !!!!!!! WHICH I PHONED TWICE IN 3 WEEKS !!!!!!

THE SPECIAL IS ALMOST GONE ......

WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD SERVICE AND GO ALL THE WAY TO KEEP CLIENT HAPPY.....

IT STILL DO SOMETHING FOR A GOOD NAME .... AND PEOPLE TELLING EACH OTHER OF GOOD EXPERIENCE OF THAT SHOP...
