Bad online service

Did an application last week Thursday online on the 28th called in on Tuesday to find out what's happening they said they going to escalate the matter and I would recieve a call after 2 hours to my surprise I didn't receive any call from them the whole day Wednesday I called I again was told the same story again today it's Thursday I called I was told the same story and I haven't received any call from istore sales department it's 7 days already and I haven't heard anything about my application very dissapointed in the treatment I'm getting
