Bad customer services and no responses

I went to iStore to get my phone insured on the 15 March 2023 and I have been trying to insure my phone since January 2023 with no response and feedback till this day. This is an inconvenience because my 60 days to get my phone insured is coming to an end. I am so disappointed and appalled by their services.
