Bad Customer Service !!!!!!!!!!!

Istore Menlyn Mall has a very bad customer service , they choose who they want to help , they will pass you when they even see that you need help no one will even acknowledge you . The staff will be there chatting and when you finally get assisted they don’t even greet you or even apologize for keeping you waiting . The customer service there is very bad and the 1st time I went I brushed it off but now I see that this is what they do to their customers they don’t show any care at all and their accessories are locked so you would expect to be acknowledged atleast . I regretted after buying coz when I was comparing the prices of what I wanted to buy I went to incredible connections and I received the best service and I wasn’t even buying , istore Menlyn has the worst staff ever ! I am sorry but they don’t care about their clients . When I asked assistant from someone that came from the back he told me that he doesn’t work in the store front so he can’t help me !!!! How does that work coz you in the store so you be able to atleast take 2 minutes of your time to assist a customer , why did you come to the floor and expose yourself to customers but you can’t help them ? Am so upset that am using a brand that I can’t even get help with when I need 1 , Menlyn istore has no service !!! None !!!!
