BAD beyond bad Service from Istore and Vodacom

So I am not sure who to blame here , but will start with Istore… so on my Vodacom account I keep on receiving bills for Apple store purchases, … so bad that I ended up making a call to IStore in the US , and all they say is deal with the problem at your bank … my bank tells me sort it out with the Service provider who is Vodacom , Vodacom tells me to go to Istore ,,,in the mean time I get billed for Purchases on my Vodacom account for Istore stuff I need someone to please explain to me what to DO !!!! I have been two 3 different Vodacom branches and the service levels are horrific. NEVER EVER will I support Vodacom or iPhone again,
